Precious Beacon High:
Centre for students with Learning disability and Slow learners

Everyone faces challenges—and that’s perfectly normal. For some of us, learning may take a different path, and that’s okay too. Having a learning disability doesn't define you; it simply means your brain learns in its own unique way. Here, we believe in embracing those differences, taking life lightly, and finding joy in the little things.
As a poet once said, “Victory and loss is just in the mind.” What truly matters is how you see yourself. When you choose to live with courage, kindness, and determination, you are already an overcomer. And an overcomer is always victorious. At our center, we believe that success isn’t about comparing yourself to others or fitting into someone else’s mold. True success is measured by your own yardstick—by how far you’ve come, how much you’ve grown, and how proud you feel of your own journey. This is a place where learning is fun, support is always around, and every step forward—no matter how small—is celebrated. Welcome!
OUR STORY
Naina Anand was at the peak of her career, being the principal of D. Pharma at a renowned University in Navi Mumbai. It was 2008 and that is when she got her calling. A calling to teach one student who had dropped out of school because he could not cope up with the rest of the class.
In her book “Precious to the Lord” she writes about how slow learners are bullied and teased to the extent that they develop behavioral issues. And these issues had to be weeded out before sowing love. From this one opportunity Precious Beacon High was born. Today she and her team have taught, corrected and loved more than a hundred students
